Archers will receive and use personal data from the Customer, Counterparty, Candidate, Partner, Contractor, Subscriber, natural or legal person (hereinafter - You) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, to perform work and provide services by Archers.
By providing your personal data when creating a request for receiving services or starting cooperation with Archers, you give Archers voluntary consent to the processing and use of personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine indefinitely.
Archers undertakes not to transfer to third parties and not to disclose the information received from you outside of Archers without your consent.
Personal data may be used by employees or agents of Archers to improve the provision of services.
Your provision of personal data upon reading the Privacy Policy constitutes consent to the use of personal data in accordance with Article 10 and Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI of June 1, 2010.
By sending us your resume, you give your consent to the owner of the archers.com.ua site to process the provided personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", and you also confirm that the term of processing your personal data is indefinite.
Archers has the right to amend this Agreement at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you.
