Requirements:

University degree preferably in Business or Technology.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a top sales figure in a manufacturing or trading company preferably related to the cable industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience within the electro technical industry.
Hands on sales experience, experience within an international company.
Excellent sales and presentation skills.
MS Office + ERP.
Preferably production planning software.
English -fluent;
Age: 35-45.

Duties:

Aligns the sales organization's objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies;analysing trends and results.
Defines and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment.
Leads learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization, and provides stewardship for the salesforce.
Establishes and governs the sales organizations performance management system. Ensures all key sales as well as other internal associates are held accountable for assigned results.
Personally leads the effort focused on aggressive client acquisition on the local markets, within the group, as well as abroad.
Represents the interests of the salesforce within the company in addition to representing the interests of the company externally at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
