Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Business or Technology.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a top sales figure in a manufacturing or trading company preferably related to the cable industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the electro technical industry.
  • Hands on sales experience, experience within an international company.
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills.
  • MS Office  +  ERP.
  • Preferably production planning software.
  • English -fluent;
  • Age: 35-45.

Duties:

  • Aligns the sales organization's objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting. 
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies;analysing trends and results.
  • Defines and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment. 
  • Leads learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization, and provides stewardship for the salesforce. 
  • Establishes and governs the sales organizations performance management system. Ensures all key sales as well as other internal associates are held accountable for assigned results. 
  • Personally leads the effort focused on aggressive client acquisition on the local markets, within the group, as well as abroad.
  • Represents the interests of the salesforce within the company in addition to representing the interests of the company externally at conferences, trade fairs and networking events. 
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
