Dutes:

  • Lead of reporting and taxation processes, other management processes.
  • Managing cost accounting system.
  • Consolidation of management and financial reporting of several structural units (residents and non-residents).
  • Keeping control of cash operations and bank accounts, deposits.
  • Supervise company's liquidity and cash flow.
  • Lead current issues in working with tax and regulatory authorities.
  • Accountable for IT- processes (ERP).
  • Dependent of CEO.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent (MBA nice-to-have).
  • From 10 years in finance, having worked for an international industrial company.
  • Strong knowledge of in financial management.
  • Strong managerial and operational skills.
  • Strong execution skills and results orientation.
  • Independent handling of a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity by developing effective plans and organizing work efficiently.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop Finance team.
  • Ability to solve properly to unforeseen situations.
  • English — fluent.
