Requirements:

• Higher education in technical or economy;
• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing company;
• Work experience at international industrial company;
• Experiences within an electro-technical environment will be an advantage;
• English (fluent);
• Excel, Word, Outlook - advanced user knowledge;
• ERP user knowledge;
• Advanced skills in management of industrial companies;
• Basic knowledge of business concepts.

Duties:

• Represent the Company and manage the day-to-day operations of the Company
• Provide the fulfilment of the decisions of the General Participants' Meetings of the Company;
• Represent the Company before any Ukrainian and foreign legal entities and natural persons, conclude contracts and other agreements in Ukraine and abroad on behalf of the Company;
• Appoint the employees of the Company, transfer and dismiss them, determine rates of salary, stimulate the best employees, perform disciplinable actions;
• Organize, plan and control the activities of the subdivisions of the Company;
• organize and control the work with employees of the Company;
• Fulfill production, commercial, marketing, investment and other plans approved by the General Participants' Meeting;
• Control the labour discipline, the internal working regulations set and/or approved by the Employer, job safety rules, safety regulations, production sanitary and fire safety regulations.
