Key objectives:

• Co-leads the company together with CEO
• Leads all financial functions and provides related support to the company
• Represents the owner’s interest of the majority shareholder

Job responsibilities:

• Manages banking relations
• Secures company’s liquidity and cash flow
• Interacts with tax & regulatory authorities
• Oversees all financial accounting issues
• Defines and adjusts cost accounting systems
• Defines and is accountable for internal & external (group) reporting structures
• Guides IT-activities (including ERP roll out)
• Leads introduction & execution of change management processes

Manages the following departments:

• Accounting
• Financial-economic
• IT
• Production planning

Education:

Must nice-to-have

• Higher education in finance or economy — MBA
• basic technical education

Professional experience:

Must nice-to-have

• minimum of five years in finance — Experiences within an electro-technical
• within a manufacturing company environment
• having worked for an international industrial company

Functional qualifications:

• Excel, Word, Outlook — advanced user knowledge, ERP user knowledge
• Advanced skills in financial management of industrial companies
• English (fluent).
