Main responsibilities:

• Overall control of the company’s finance and accounting functions
• Formulation of strategic financial planning , preparation of annual budgets , quarterly forecasts and monthly targets
• Analysing performance against budgets by accurate and timely production of accounts, reports and business performance/management information
• Development of the finance function - people, systems and processes : grow, lead and develop the team ; assess , redesign and improve provesses ; upgrade and implement system developments
• Ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met
• Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties such as banks, brokers, auditors , top clients
• Treasury management , cash flow monitoring , working capital control ownership
• Capital Project appraisal and post implementation control
• Designing and implementing a robust system of financial controls in accordance to Group standards
• Involvement in improvements to the Company’s management reporting routines, pro actively driving improvements.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a similar position min. 3 to 5 years – prefereably in FMCG or Production Industry
• Proven track record in finance functions within both Financial and Management Accounting (Controlling) positions
• Experience in managing a Finance & Controlling team (2-5 persons)
• Strong business acumen and awareness
• Capable of working within a dynamic environment with ability to stick to time constraints
• Solid IT system experience – preferably in 1C
• An analytical mind
• A good communicator with an approachable personality
• Fluent english
