Technologies and process

The instruments of Psychodiagnostics researches include the standardized methods for diagnostics of motivation sphere, emotional and volitional spheres, intellectual, communicative and other human abilities.
The research program is organized individually following specific requirement and includes one or several complex methods (a battery of tests) depending on the aims of research.

The process of service rendering consists of 3 stages:

Preparatory

• Getting the information about the aims of diagnostics and level of staff
• Agreement of the researched competencies and skills
• Preparation and approbation of the appropriate instruments

Research implementation

• Research may be provided within client`s or executor`s area according to a previous agreement
• Research duration depends on the number of persons under testing
• The interview with psychologist is included in the program

Results of interpretation and presentation of information to client

• Results interpretation may take from one to three days per person under testing
• The information is given by psychologist directly to the client in written form with oral comments
• All the information on the clients with comments, results and researches is a confidential one and out of discussion
