Dutes:

Lead of reporting and taxation processes, other management processes.
Managing cost accounting system.
Consolidation of management and financial reporting of several structural units (residents and non-residents).
Keeping control of cash operations and bank accounts, deposits.
Supervise company's liquidity and cash flow.
Lead current issues in working with tax and regulatory authorities.
Accountable for IT- processes (ERP).
Dependent of CEO.

Requirements:

Degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent (MBA nice-to-have).
From 10 years in finance, having worked for an international industrial company.
Strong knowledge of in financial management.
Strong managerial and operational skills.
Strong execution skills and results orientation.
Independent handling of a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity by developing effective plans and organizing work efficiently.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop Finance team.
Ability to solve properly to unforeseen situations.
English — fluent.
